Baked potatoes with vegetarian sausages

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 large potatoes, mostly waxy
  • 6 bratwursts, vegetarian
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Wash and peel the potatoes, and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the herb mixture. Cook in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the vegetarian sausages on all sides in a non-stick pan. Serve the sausages with the potatoes.
