Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon steak(s), fresh
- 250 g crab or shrimp
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch of dill
- 2 tbsp butter (crab butter/crab paste)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish. Whisk together the cream, sour cream, crab paste, crab/shrimp, and finely chopped dill, then pour over the dish. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, mixed with peas if you like.
