simple recipe for a party

Brown the ground beef in a pan. Add the kidney beans, corn, and a can of chopped tomatoes to the pan. Meanwhile, line a springform pan with tortilla chips. Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Chop the tomatoes, spring onions, snack peppers, cilantro, and mozzarella as desired. It’s best to chop the snack peppers so they remain round. Then pour the ground beef mixture over the tortilla chips in the springform pan. Place the chopped ingredients in the springform pan. Reserve half of the cilantro and spring onions for garnish. Sprinkle the gratin cheese over the ingredients. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until crispy. To serve, place a package of low-fat quark in the center of the pan for dipping.
