- 150 g Wheat flour type 550
- 75 g Butter
- 150 g Soft butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Wheat flour type 550
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 500 g Quark
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 packet Cream pudding powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Semolina
- 1 pinch Salt
- 125 g Raisins
- 125 g Lemon juice
- Make sprinkles from butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Fill half of it into a loaf pan lined with baking paper or foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
- In the meantime, mix the milk with the pudding powder and bring to the boil. Add quark semolina, a pinch of salt, sugar, lemon juice and raisins and bring to the boil while stirring.
- Spread the quark filling on the floor.
- Mix the rest of the crumble dough again with a tablespoon of flour and spread the crumble on the quark. Bake again for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Let the cake cool completely in the tin. Lift out of the mold and remove the foil and enjoy.
