Banana chia pudding with cinnamon

  • 150 ml almond drink or soy drink
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana(s)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the almond milk, low-fat quark, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Peel and slice the banana, and add it. Cover and let it swell in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, preferably overnight. Tip: This also works with cow’s milk and other fruits. To-go version: Combine all ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender. Finally, add the seeds. Pour into a shaker or screw-top jar. Approx. 424 kcal per serving.
