Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 60 g butter
- 75 g brown sugar
- 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
- 175 g flour
- 75 g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250 g chocolate sprinkles
- 75 g chips (banana chips)

Beat butter and sugar with egg and banana mash until smooth. Stir in vanilla bean paste, oatmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, chocolate, and the chopped banana chips. Using two teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spaced about 5 cm apart, and bake at 190°C for about 13-15 minutes.
