Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 100 g yogurt, skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp cream (nut nougat cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the hazelnut spread into a deep dish and microwave on high for about 1 minute. Slice the banana. Then add the yogurt, honey, oatmeal, and banana slices. Mash everything with a fork until it forms a paste. WW – 4P Total
