Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan with the semolina and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, then reduce to a gentle simmer. Cut the apple into thin slices and place on a plate. Mix the remaining sugar with a little cinnamon and sprinkle over the apple. Microwave the apple for about 90 seconds until it has softened slightly. Pour the semolina porridge over the apple.
