Banana millet with blueberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g millet
  • 4 tbsp cream or soy cuisine
  • 4 bananas
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 500 g blueberries
  • possibly water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a sweet, healthy start to the day

Bring the millet and 75 ml of water to a boil over very low heat. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, then let it swell on the turned off stovetop for about 15 minutes. Stir the cream and, if desired, 1-2 tablespoons of water into the millet. Chop the bananas, fold in, and season with cinnamon to taste. Divide the sweet porridge among 4 plates and scatter the blueberries over the top.
