Banana Nut Loaf Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 3 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 3 bananas
  • Walnuts
  • powdered sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chop the bananas into small pieces. Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, then carefully fold in the bananas. Pour everything into a greased baking pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes (depending on your oven, it may take a little longer). It’s best to use a wooden skewer to check the cake is done. Let it cool and then dust with powdered sugar.
