Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g banana(s) (with peel approx. 1 kg)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 g passion fruit(s)
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Fresh, mild sweetness
For three 450g jars: Dice the peeled bananas and mix with the lemon juice. Then cut the passion fruit into pieces and mix with the gelling sugar. Bring the sugar mixture to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil for two minutes, stirring constantly, then add the diced bananas. Bring back to a boil and continue stirring for another minute. Pour hot jam into jars with twist-off lids. Seal the jars and leave the lids on for five minutes. The jam will keep for about a year.
