Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 4 large bananas, not too ripe
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 375 ml brandy
  • 750 ml grape juice
  • 1,500 ml sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the bananas into thin slices and let them sit covered with all the other ingredients (except the sparkling wine) for two hours. Then top up with cold sparkling wine and serve well chilled.
