Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 125 ml Amaretto
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp honey
- 100 g almond flakes
- whipped cream
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise. Heat the butter and honey in a nonstick pan and lightly fry the bananas. Then remove and keep warm. Pour the Amaretto into the pan and stir in the flaked almonds. Let it simmer for a while. Place two banana halves on each plate and scatter the Amaretto almonds and juice over them. Pour the chocolate sauce over the bananas and serve with whipped cream.
