Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts (chicken breasts), cut into three strips each
- 100 ml ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard (e.g. Dijon)
- 6 slices of bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Place the chicken in a shallow dish. Mix ketchup and mustard and marinate the chicken strips overnight. The next day, place the bacon slices on the meat and roll them up tightly. Thread 2 to 3 snails onto each skewer. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with rice or French fries.
