Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets (pollock fillets)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Rinse the pollock fillets and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt, and pepper. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Mix the breadcrumbs with basil, Parmesan cheese, and margarine. Spread the mixture over the fillets and bake in the oven on the middle rack (175°C fan-assisted oven) for about 20 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and a fresh salad with cream sauce.
