Quark and Feta Potato

The perfect quark and feta potato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Also:

  • 100 g Feta
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 3 tbsp Mixed herbs, e.g. chives, parsley, dill)
  • 1 Glass, small Black olives, without stone
  • Some pickled peppers from the jar
  • Chili salt, pepper
  • 500 g Waxy potato
  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in water for about 20-30 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate.
  2. Put the quark in a bowl, crumble the feta and add. Drain, drain and slice the olives. Cut some strips of paprika into fine cubes, add both to the quark.
  3. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings, add to the quark with the finely chopped herbs. Mix everything together well.
  4. Peel the potatoes and arrange on plates, serve with a little quark feta on each plate.
  5. Tomato salad tastes good with it.
