Quark and Feta Potato
The perfect quark and feta potato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Also:
- 100 g Feta
- 2 Spring onion
- 3 tbsp Mixed herbs, e.g. chives, parsley, dill)
- 1 Glass, small Black olives, without stone
- Some pickled peppers from the jar
- Chili salt, pepper
- 500 g Waxy potato
- Wash the potatoes and boil them in water for about 20-30 minutes, drain and allow to evaporate.
- Put the quark in a bowl, crumble the feta and add. Drain, drain and slice the olives. Cut some strips of paprika into fine cubes, add both to the quark.
- Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings, add to the quark with the finely chopped herbs. Mix everything together well.
- Peel the potatoes and arrange on plates, serve with a little quark feta on each plate.
- Tomato salad tastes good with it.
