Beef Strips in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
The perfect beef strips in creamy mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Beef minute steaks
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion
- Steak seasoning
- 1,5 teaspoon Pickled green pepper
- 1 small Pickled cucumber
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 ml Meatsoup
- Mixed cornstarch
- Salt
- Preparation: cut the minute steaks crosswise into thin strips, slice the mushrooms and also the onion into thin strips, roughly chop the green peppercorns with a large knife and cut the cucumber into fine cubes.
- Fry the mushrooms appetizingly in a pan with a little oil, lift them out of the pan and set aside. Heat some oil in the pan again (this time strong) and fry half of the meat until golden brown, then transfer to a plate and do the same with the second half. Sprinkle the meat with a little steak seasoning and keep warm.
- Heat the pan again with a little oil and sear the onion strips until golden brown; Deglaze with cream and stock, add the chopped peppercorns and cucumber cubes and let the sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes and then season well.
- Heat the mushrooms that have been set aside and the meat with the leaked juice in the sauce again and serve the strips sprinkled with chopped parsley.
- I served spaetzle with it and a leftover portion of red cabbage.
