Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g beef tartare, e.g. B. from steak from beef fillet
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley
