Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g beef tartare, e.g. B. from steak from beef fillet
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions
