Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups of milk (fresh milk 1.5% fat)
  • 2 tsp, heaped cocoa powder
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 2 shots of brandy (Veterano Osborne)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

hot Spaniard

Boil the milk, stir in the cocoa, top with two pinches of cinnamon, and pour into two glasses. Finally, add the Osborne and enjoy your hot Spanish drink.
