Belgian blueberry – mascarpone – quark cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 250 g blueberries (frozen)
  • 100 g honey
  • 30 g marzipan paste
  • 2 pieces of white chocolate
  • 100 g walnuts
  • possibly Cremefine for whipping or cream

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Thaw the frozen blueberries in the refrigerator. Combine the low-fat quark, mascarpone, honey, and the shredded marzipan in a bowl. Beat with a mixer on low speed for 1 minute, then on high speed for 4-6 minutes, until everything is blended. Layer the cream, blueberries, and nuts alternately in dessert bowls or a bowl. Finally, grate the chocolate, sprinkle it over the cream, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If you like it even creamier, you can add 250g of Cremefine for whipping or whipped cream to the cream. Of course, you can swap out the fruit and chocolate as desired.
