Quark dessert on pasta de manga with pesto sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 mangoes
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 pack of cookies
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 100 g basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces. Blend 2/3 of the mango pieces with a hand mixer until smooth. Crush the biscuits. Blend the pine nuts, basil, and olive oil with a hand mixer until a pesto is formed. Mix the quark with the sugar. Now layer the prepared ingredients in dessert glasses, starting with the quark mixture. Then layer the mango paste, then the crushed biscuits, then another layer of quark, followed by the mango paste and the small mango pieces. Finish with the pesto.
