Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mixed fruits (berry mix with sour cherries) frozen
  • 200 ml mineral water, still water, or tap water
  • 1 lemon(s) or lime, the juice
  • 1 liter medium mineral water
  • 1 tsp liquid sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Let the berry mix thaw for about 30 minutes. Pour 200 ml of water and the berry mix into a smoothie maker or blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Combine lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of liquid sweetener in a juice jug or milk jug. Now add the smooth berry mix. I don’t like chunks, so I press the berry mix through a sieve again. Fill everything with 1 liter of medium water. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy chilled.
