Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 ladyfingers
  • 1 shot of brown rum
  • 250 g yogurt, Greek
  • 4 handfuls of raspberries or mixed wild berries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Soak the sponge fingers in rum and mash them with a fork. Set aside and let them rest for about 20 minutes (or longer). Pour the sponge mixture into a glass as the bottom layer, then spread a tablespoon of yogurt on top. Then alternate: berries, yogurt, brown sugar, sponge fingers, etc. The final layer should be yogurt, which is then garnished with some berries. Leftover sponge cake also works well for this recipe!
