Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g milk
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 65 g cream
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 80 g muesli (Bircher muesli)
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, core the apples (peel if desired), chop them and the bananas, and stir in.
