Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of yogurt, any variety, 180 g
  • 2 handfuls of oat flakes
  • 2 handfuls of fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightning fast and super practical, ideal for pupils and/or students

I’ve been eating this muesli for months, either at home or at university, because it’s super delicious and easy to take with you. First, wash the fruit and then chop it up—the smaller the better. Then I layer the ingredients alternately in a jam jar. I always do it like this: First, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, then a handful of oats, a handful of fruit, another dollop of yogurt, another handful of fruit, the remaining yogurt, and top with a second handful of oats. Now carefully unscrew the lid. Important! Don’t forget your spoon! The recipe can, of course, be varied endlessly. You can also add dried fruit, other types of muesli, etc.
