Biscuit Kiwi Dream Low Carb

The perfect biscuit kiwi dream low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Egg
  • 6 g Oat bran
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 70 g Mascarpone
  • 130 g Mascarpone
  • 10 gram Poppy
  • 5 gram Baking cocoa
  • 1 piece Kiwi
  • Xucker
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Process egg, oat bran, almonds, poppy seeds, xucker, baking cocoa and 70g mascarpone with the dough hook.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin bags with 2 teaspoons. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Puree the kiwi with some of the mascarpone.
  5. Mix the rest of the mascarpone and quark with a little xucker with the pureed, depending on the sweetener.
  6. 8 Set the biscuits aside.
  7. 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
  8. Now crumble 1 biscuit in each of the bowls (lightly).
  9. Put a part of kiwi cream on top and crumble a cookie on top.
  10. Put the rest of the cream on top and crumble half a biscuit on top.
  11. Serve dessert bowls with 4 biscuits each
