Biscuit Kiwi Dream Low Carb

- 1 piece Egg
- 6 g Oat bran
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 70 g Mascarpone
- 130 g Mascarpone
- 10 gram Poppy
- 5 gram Baking cocoa
- 1 piece Kiwi
- Xucker
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Process egg, oat bran, almonds, poppy seeds, xucker, baking cocoa and 70g mascarpone with the dough hook.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin bags with 2 teaspoons. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Puree the kiwi with some of the mascarpone.
- Mix the rest of the mascarpone and quark with a little xucker with the pureed, depending on the sweetener.
- 8 Set the biscuits aside.
- 2 Prepare dessert bowls.
- Now crumble 1 biscuit in each of the bowls (lightly).
- Put a part of kiwi cream on top and crumble a cookie on top.
- Put the rest of the cream on top and crumble half a biscuit on top.
- Serve dessert bowls with 4 biscuits each
