Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g chocolate (block chocolate), grated or chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1 jar cherry(s), drained
- 125 g butter
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat 125g butter with the sugar until fluffy. Then add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Then add the eggs, flour, chocolate bar, hazelnuts, baking powder, and cinnamon one at a time, mixing continuously. Grease a cake pan with butter and preheat the oven to 170°C – 200°C. Pour the batter into the pan, arrange the cherries on top, and bake in the hot oven for about an hour. If the top of the cake gets too dark, simply cover with aluminum foil.
