Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 750 g cream cheese
- 300 g cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some sugar
- ½ bottle of eggnog
- chocolate sprinkles
- Cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Black Forest Cream
Drain the morello cherries overnight, then spread them on the bottom of a shallow bowl. Whisk the cream cheese with vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth and spread over the cherries. Top with eggnog. Whip the cream with a little sugar and cream stiffener and spread it over the eggnog. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Simply delicious!
