Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g black pudding, Thuringian from the can
  • 800 g jacket potatoes
  • 5 onions
  • Fat, for frying
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Water, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly marjoram

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions into rings and sauté in hot fat until translucent. Dust with a tablespoon of flour and add a cup of hot water. Bring everything to a boil briefly and then reduce the heat slightly. Now add the black pudding, cut into small pieces, to the pan. This will form a thick mixture. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Now add the sliced ​​potatoes to the pan and heat through. Season again with salt, pepper, and perhaps a sprinkling of marjoram, and serve with a mixed salad.
