Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g black radish(s)
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 150 g pineapple, fresh
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp chives
- n. B. herbal salt, optional
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with pineapple in cream cheese dressing
Peel and grate the radish. Wash and grate the carrots. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and finely chop the flesh. Mix together the dressing of cream cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and chives and season to taste. Mix everything together, let it sit for a moment, and serve.
