Black radish with mandrins in sour cream and mandarin dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 radish(s), black
  • 1 can mandarin orange(s), drained or the same amount of fresh
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp tangerine juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
  • 1 shallot(s), if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the radish and cut into julienne strips or sticks. Make the dressing with vinegar, oil, sour cream, and mandarin orange juice. If you like, peel and dice a shallot and add it to the dressing. Season the dressing with salt and pepper and add fresh chopped herbs (such as chives or parsley). Mix the radish with the dressing. Then fold in the mandarins. Ladle into bowls and serve.
