Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 525 g blackberries
- 125 g passion fruit puree
- 215 g gelling sugar 3:1
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes
Sort, wash, and puree the blackberries. If desired, pass the mixture through a sieve for a velvety jam. Mix the blackberry puree with the passion fruit puree. Stir in the gelling sugar and a dash of lemon juice and let everything simmer for 4 minutes. Test for setting and pour the jam into jars while still hot.
