Is it possible to eat lard every day?

It is no secret that each product should be consumed wisely. In moderate amounts, you can eat lard every day.

If we talk about how much lard can be eaten per day, doctors say that in a normal lifestyle, people should eat 15-20 grams. For athletes or people with high physical activity, the daily rate reaches up to 50 grams.

However, pay attention, people who are overweight, and have digestive, kidney, and liver problems should not abuse lard.
