Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with blue cheese and yogurt

Crumble the blue cheese into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix everything with a fork until smooth, then let it marinate.
