Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 liter black tea
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 15 cloves
  • 2 liters of red wine
  • 300 ml rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the sugar in a large saucepan. Grate the lemon and orange zest over the sugar. Then pour in the red wine and black tea. Stir in the cinnamon sticks and cloves, and finally add the rum. Heat everything gently, but do not let it boil.
