Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,050 g blueberries, strain well (yields approx. 1 liter of juice)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes about 3 – 4 glasses

Wash the berries and strain thoroughly until you have 1 liter of juice. Now heat slowly and add the sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Test for settling and pour into jars.
