Blueberry-Orange-Marmalade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 500 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sort and wash the blueberries, and blend them thoroughly. Combine the blended berries, orange juice, and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil gently for about 3 minutes, then pour into jars and seal tightly.
