Blueberry Pancakes
The perfect blueberry pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 125 g Blueberries fresh
- 6 tsp Oil
- Sifted powdered sugar
- For the pancake batter: mix the flour, milk, egg, sugar and a pinch of salt with a whisk until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- Sort the blueberries and carefully fold them into the dough. Heat a coated pan with about 2 teaspoons of oil and add 4 tablespoons of blueberry dough side by side. Bake the pancakes over a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Take it out and put kitchen paper in, keep it warm in the oven. Wipe the pan with kitchen paper after every baking. Bake a total of 12 pancakes one after the other using the remaining batter and oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
