Pancakes Filled with Cranberries & Blueberry Jams

The perfect pancakes filled with cranberries & blueberry jams recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tsp Liquid butter
  • Cranberries & blueberry jams
  • Balsamissimo creamy mild to decorate
  • Oil for baking
  1. Put the milk, egg and salt in a bowl and mix well with the hand mixer. Add the flour in portions, then mix in the butter. Mix everything together well, there shouldn’t be any lumps. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes so that the flour swells.
  2. Heat OIL in a hot pan. Put a small ladle of batter into the pan and distribute it evenly by turning the pan.
  3. Bake the pancakes on one side until the batter is firm and easy to turn. Bake until golden brown on both sides, bake a total of 4 pancakes and keep warm.
  4. Distribute the jams on the pancakes, fold them up and sprinkle with balsamissimo decoratively, serve warm. I like to eat the pancakes half-folded with jams
