Apple Crumble Muffin

The perfect apple crumble muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,125 liter Milk
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 4 Apples peeled and cored
  • 100 g Flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 70 g Margarine
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  1. Mix the margarine with the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and sugar until frothy.
  2. Then stir in the eggs and add the milk.
  3. Now stir the flour mixed with baking powder into the egg mixture.
  4. Finally fold in the apples cut into very small pieces. I chopped them up in Tupper’s Quickchef.
  5. Now knead the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and margarine for the crumble.
  6. Divide the batter into 18 prepared muffin cups and cover with the crumble.
  7. Bake the muffins at 170 ° for about 30 minutes. Then let cool on a cake rack
