Apple Crumble Muffin
The perfect apple crumble muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Margarine
- 90 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 0,125 liter Milk
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 4 Apples peeled and cored
- 100 g Flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 70 g Margarine
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- Mix the margarine with the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and sugar until frothy.
- Then stir in the eggs and add the milk.
- Now stir the flour mixed with baking powder into the egg mixture.
- Finally fold in the apples cut into very small pieces. I chopped them up in Tupper’s Quickchef.
- Now knead the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and margarine for the crumble.
- Divide the batter into 18 prepared muffin cups and cover with the crumble.
- Bake the muffins at 170 ° for about 30 minutes. Then let cool on a cake rack
