simple and very healthy

The capacity of the cup is approximately 200 ml. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Serve the smoothie either in glasses with some chia seeds or as a smoothie bowl in a bowl and garnish with, for example, banana slices, blueberries, chia seeds, and almond butter. I like to use frozen berries, which you can always keep in large quantities in the freezer. If you don’t have vanilla extract, you can use vanilla powder or paste, or simply omit the vanilla altogether. The smoothie still tastes very good. For an extra summery touch, you can add lemon juice for an even more refreshing smoothie. You can also freeze the bananas beforehand to make the smoothie colder.
