Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 grilled sausages (Thuringian grilled sausages)
- 1 gr. can/n sauerkraut
- 2 packs of puff pastry, frozen
- 3 tbsp diced ham
- n. B. Caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the sausages well on all sides. Heat the sauerkraut in a pan or microwave, add a little caraway seeds and the ham cubes. Roll out the puff pastry. Place half of the fried sausages in the center of the puff pastry and cover with half of the sauerkraut, then add more sausages and more sauerkraut. Finish by adding a few fried onions. Close the puff pastry roll and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Bake until the pastry is nicely browned and the entire parcel is cooked through.
