Ingredients
- 250 g Rye flour 1150
- 250 g Whole wheat flour
- 75 g Linseed
- 75 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 packet Yeast fresh
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 2 tsp Salt
- 200 g Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water warm
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the food processor and stir slowly for about 3 minutes and quickly for about 7 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Knead again and let rise again for half an hour.
- Shape everything into a loaf, place on a baking tray and let rise again. Brush with water. Then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
