Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Rye flour 1150
  • 250 g Whole wheat flour
  • 75 g Linseed
  • 75 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 packet Yeast fresh
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 ml Water warm

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the food processor and stir slowly for about 3 minutes and quickly for about 7 minutes.
  • Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Knead again and let rise again for half an hour.
  • Shape everything into a loaf, place on a baking tray and let rise again. Brush with water. Then bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven.
