Whole Grain Nut Bread
The perfect whole grain nut bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Spelled flour
- 100 g Chopped almonds
- 50 g Pumpkin seeds
- 50 g Coarsely chopped walnut kernels
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 dice Yeast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 30 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 450 ml Lukewarm water
- Carefully dissolve the yeast in the water with the honey in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and knead into a dough. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and fill in the dough.
- Bake everything in a non-preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove your dough from the loaf pan, put on baking paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
