Whole Grain Nut Bread

The perfect whole grain nut bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Spelled flour
  • 100 g Chopped almonds
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g Coarsely chopped walnut kernels
  • 50 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 dice Yeast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 30 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 450 ml Lukewarm water
  1. Carefully dissolve the yeast in the water with the honey in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and knead into a dough. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and fill in the dough.
  1. Bake everything in a non-preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove your dough from the loaf pan, put on baking paper and bake for another 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
