Bread: Whole Grain Bread

  • 250 g Whole wheat flour
  • 300 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 70 g Spelled grains
  • 1,5 Tl Salt
  • 3 Tl Apple cabbage sweetened
  • 8 g Dry yeast or a cube of fresh yeast
  • 300 ml Buttermilk, lukewarm
  1. 1 person – 1 bread
  2. Boil the spelled grains for about 3 minutes and then let them swell
  3. Mix the flours together, put the yeast in the middle, pour the warm buttermilk over the buttermilk, add salt and apple cabbage to the edge and knead everything for about 5 minutes.
