Ingredients

  • 100 ml Low-Fat milk cold
  • 200 ml Water cold
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
  • 300 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 120 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 30 g Muesli without raisins
  • 50 g Oatmeal
  • 1,5 tsp Bread spice mixture fine
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 50 g Dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in the BBA in the order given above, including the dry yeast, and start the Whole Grain "Level I" program. When the signal sounds for additional ingredients to "add", add the cranberries. The BBA takes care of the rest by itself. Duration a total of 3 hours 30min at BBA Unold. Let cool down briefly and then remove from the mold. Have fun and bon appetit !! If the dough is too dry at the beginning, just add a little water, it is too moist a little flour.
