Breaded meatloaf

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g meat – cheese
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and chop the onion. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the meatloaf. Spread the meatloaf slices thinly with mustard and coat them in the breadcrumbs. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meatloaf and onions on both sides. Arrange the tomato slices on the meatloaf and serve with the onions on plates. Serve with fried potatoes or bread.
