Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of sausage (hunting sausage)
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
also called Jagdwurstschnitzel
Please ensure the sausage slices are not cut too thinly. Coat the sausage slices in flour, then in beaten egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs firmly into the pan. Fry in hot oil until crispy and brown. Serve immediately! Recommended as a side dish: potato salad or macaroni and tomato sauce.
