Quick, Crispy Carrot Bread

  • 250 g Wholemeal spelled flour
  • 250 g Rye flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Handful Aniseed
  • 1 Handful Fennel seeds
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 Pc. Grated carrots
  • 275 ml Lukewarm water
  1. Mix flour with salt, seeds (can be varied individually) and dry yeast.
  1. Add the carrots (in strips or pieces) and water. The dough should knead well and not be too dry. Otherwise knead well again with wet hands.
