Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Wholemeal spelt flour
  • 250 g Rye flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Handful Aniseed
  • 1 Handful Fennel seeds
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 Pc. Grated carrots
  • 275 ml Lukewarm water

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour with salt, seeds (can be varied individually) and dry yeast.
  • Add the carrots (in strips or pieces) and water. The dough should knead well and not be too dry. Otherwise knead well again with wet hands.
  • Let rise, covered, for about an hour. Knead again.
  • Shape into a loaf with damp hands and cut a few times at the top.
  • In the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes. to bake.
