- 250 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 250 g Rye flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Handful Aniseed
- 1 Handful Fennel seeds
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 Pc. Grated carrots
- 275 ml Lukewarm water
- Mix flour with salt, seeds (can be varied individually) and dry yeast.
- Add the carrots (in strips or pieces) and water. The dough should knead well and not be too dry. Otherwise knead well again with wet hands.
