Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup millet
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp spread (dark chocolate cream), gluten-free, lactose-free
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with banana and chocolate cream, gluten-free, dairy-free
Wash the millet in hot water, then bring to a boil in twice the amount of water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Mash the banana in a plate with a fork, crumble the walnuts if desired, and add them to the plate along with the millet, cinnamon, and chocolate spread. Mix everything together.
